Chronic fatigue

I was trying to understand how does chronic diseases like cancer, some viral infections, MS and even drugs like the B-blockers cause fatigue. - serotonin dysregulation hypothesis
- vagal-afferent-activation hypothesis
- anemia hypothesis
- generation/use of ATP hypothesis
